Refund Policy

You choose what to pay for a key, and $0 is fine, so you never have to pay before you know it's worth it to you. Cockpit Manager itself is free, so you can try every feature with your own boards first.

• A free key costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
• A paid key, at whatever amount you chose: if it isn't right for you, you can have a full refund of what you paid within 14 days, no questions asked. Email support@cockpitmanager.com from the address you paid with.
• Payments are taken by Polar, our reseller and Merchant of Record, and your receipt names Cahaba 3D, the company Polar sells for. The refund goes back the way you paid, and Polar sends the confirmation.
• When a paid key is refunded, it is revoked and must no longer be used. You're welcome to get a free key instead.

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.
